Return Policy

We strive to offer accurate, good quality products that are custom marked.

Returned Goods Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. If there is a problem with your custom order you must notify our office within ten days of receiving the goods. All authorized returned goods must be received within ten days after notification before a credit note will be issued.
  • Items that have received approval and are misspelled, incorrectly laid out, or otherwise are not refundable nor returnable.
  • We accept returns on products with defects within (14) days of original purchase date unless otherwise specified.
  • Exchanges of equivalent products are valid within (30) days from the original Invoice date on defective products only, unless otherwise specified.
  • All NEW Items carry a one (1) year limited warranty, unless otherwise specified.
  • Returns based on inaccurate colour matching will not be accepted. While we will strive to get close to certain colours we do not offer colour matching. Colour matching is not available.
  • Items with poor imprint quality due to artwork received are not refundable or returnable.
  • Items misprinted due to poor instructions are not refundable or returnable.
  • The client assumes responsibility for all graphics and/or fonts used and no refunds or returns on items were the client has failed to obtain the correct permissions for use or for the incorrect usage of logos/wordmarks/graphics/fonts/colours.
